I have been with TeSPA since its inception on the forums of Team Liquid. I played StarCraft 2 when I started, but I found that it was not really the type of game I enjoyed. I currently play League of Legends, a selection of games from Steam (Borderlands 2 and Skyrim mainly), and I have recently gotten back into World of Warcraft. In the past I have played all types of console games, from FPS to fighters to RPGs, and always enjoy getting back into them when new ones come out. As a Physics and Math major, I don't get too much time to play as many games as I would like, but I still make time for them, even if it means a lack of sleep every once in a while. As the Operations Director, I want to make sure that everyone is happy with the direction that TeSPA, as an organization, is heading and continue bringing members up to date information and news, new games to try out and making TeSPA the social gaming organization that everyone is looking for.

I am an enthusiast of real-time strategy games, and StarCraft 2's release back in 2010 got me engaged in e-sports. I joined TeSPA in Fall 2010 as it was formed during my freshman year to meet fellow StarCraft 2 players and play in the Collegiate Star League. I soon decided to spend less time playing and more time using my talents in media editing to contribute to TeSPA. Since then, TeSPA has become a major component of my college career, and I am happy to be apart of this grassroots organization and work alongside some of the most passionate and hardworking college students at UT. Prior to joining TeSPA, I was a Machinima director that made videos for fun. Though I am an electrical engineering major, I still enjoy the creative and artistic sides of life. My favorite video games are from the Diablo, StarCraft, WarCraft, Command and Conquer, and Final Fantasy franchises. I strongly support the StarCraft 2 competitive scene and wish to contribute to the growth of e-sports at both the college and professional levels.

I am an Art major going into PR. I am currently an Operations/Outreach officer and the ATX Pubstomp Coordinator. I joined TeSPA my freshman year with absolutely no knowledge of the esports world yet somehow was drawn in. I mainly play League of Legends, but also enjoy more casual games such as Tetris and smaller RPGs. I would love to learn SCII if anyone wants to teach me! I grew up overseas so I love talking about traveling and awesome vacation spots. I like eating cup noodles, spinach, curry, and pasta. I hate eating guacamole, tomatoes, sour cream, and beans. Once, I went to a club and the director of Intel in China was DJ-ing. I also enjoy long walks in shopping malls.

Hi! I'm Vivian, and I am a senior and an art major/education minor. I joined TeSPA in Spring 2012, so I'm still new to this whole organization, however, I am very passionate in the things that I do. I spend a lot of my time doing e-sports related things, be it bumming on League of Legends and not doing homework or spamming the TeSPA facebook page. Other than League of Legends, though, I play a lot of puzzle games on the PS3 console. My favorite games are Katamari and Catherine. You'll catch me humming the Katamari theme song during random times. I used to be an avid player in Street Fighter IV, but my skills are definitely rusty now. I'm friends with a lot of local SFIV hotshots and I used to regularly attend Arcade UFO. If you don't know what that is, ask me! I don't just video game and art though, I played soccer and volleyball back in the days before I became a couch potato and still do so occasionally. :) My favorite thing about TeSPA is that we all have something in common. I've always had trouble fitting in with people because of my particular interests in things, however, being in TeSPA makes it a lot easier for me to be myself. If I haven't met you yet, please don't be shy and introduce yourself to me! I'm super outgoing and I'm always willing to talk about everything.
